By checking “I accept the terms and conditions” I am giving Scrubin Uniforms authorization to reproduce my trademark/logo on my purchases from Scrubin Uniforms. By accepting these conditions I confirm that I have authority to authorize the reproduction of my company’s trademark/logo and to agree, on behalf of my company, to fully indemnify Scrubin Uniforms and its employees from any claims arising from Scrubin Uniforms’ reproduction of our trademark logo as finally approved.
